A hole in the wall type place, but has been a staple in Amarillo for years when it come to Mexican food... the original Tacos Garcia. Good food, good service, and decent pricing, parking is an issue but worth the headache.

My family and I have been dinning here for years! The food has never disappointed us but one of our all time favorite dishes happens to be their menudo! The service is always fast and easy. The management and staff are always friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend Tacos Garcias!!

My family and I came through. We had seen a billboard on I40 west and we're already thinking tacos. The had just opened up. The service was wonderful. The food was definitely from the heart. Loved the whole experience.

My wife and I stop by at least once a week and get a bacon deluxe burrito. Food is always consistently delicious. The service from the friendly staff is even better. Would not buy a breakfast burrito anywhere else in town!

We just stopped & had lunch here. Glad we did, because is was Soo Good! It's a small place, but I'd give them 5 Stars on every category. The girl behind the counter was friendly. Our waitress greeted us promptly & brought our drinks. Our food came out hot & fast. Tasted great!! (I had a beef enchilada w/ rice & beans, friend had the Tuesday Special). Note they close early, 3pm.

We come here just for there barbacoa and omg. I love it. Taste so good and even fresh. The staff are friendly and helpful and you even get corn chips, hot sauce and salad to go with it. We dont go any where else for our barbacoa. It’s priced reasonable. Thank you for yummy great food.

Tacos Garcia is a delightful, family-friendly eatery with delicious food. We highly recommend the chili rellenos with queso and the chicken quesadillas. The restaurant is spotlessly clean and the service is first class.
